    Facilities Technician

    Position Summary

    The Facilities Technician supports Ability Beyond Disability's mission by ensuring that all facilities are maintained in a safe and cost effective manner. The Facilities Technician facilitates mission accom­plishment by creating an environment in which clients and program staff are free to work without being encumbered or dis­tracted by the physical facilities. Additionally, the Facilities Technician enhances Ability Beyond Disability's ability to per­form its mission by ensuring that the physical appearance of the facilities project a positive image to the communi­ty.

    Qualifications

    Must have high school diploma or equiva­lent; one (1) year related work
    experience, Trade school certificate a plus; good communications and inter-personal skills essential.
