    Tuition Reimbursement

    The reimbursement rate is subject to change and the benefit subject to a maximum "cap" during the fiscal year dependant on funding/budget. Employees will be reimbursed at the following percentages, which are based on years of service, for the cost of the course or program, given that he/she is still a full-time employee at Ability Beyond Disability:

    • Employed one (1) year through 23 months: reimbursed at 30% up to a maximum of $1,000 per calendar year. 
    • Employed two (2) years through 35 months: reimbursed at 40% up to $1,500 per calendar year. 
    • Employed three (3) years or more: reimbursed at 50% up to $1,500 per calendar year.

    *Note: Courses and/or degree must be related to Ability Beyond Disability's overall mission and goals.
