    Tuition Reimbursement

    Employees who have worked as a regular full time employee for six (6) continuous months, may submit a Tuition Reimbursement request and receive fifty percent (50%) tuition reimbursement for successfully completed courses with a maximum of $1,500 per calendar year (courses and/or degree must be related to Ability Beyond Disability's overall mission and goals). Meet Chris As a young adult with special needs, Chris needed help transitioning into the adult world. He needed to learn the skills necessary for living and working in the community as independently as he possibly could and he learned these skills at one of our community living facilities, which provides behavioral and transitional supports for young adults.
