    The Ability Health Center is a centralized, collaborative outpatient health center in Westchester County, NY, offering accessible primary and specialty medical care, therapeutic and psychology services by providers who are experienced and skilled in treating people with disabilities.

Meet Chris “As a young adult with special needs, Chris needed help transitioning into the adult world. He needed to learn the skills necessary for living and working in the community as independently as he possibly could and he learned these skills at one of our community living facilities, which provides behavioral and transitional supports for young adults.”
